This engagement centres on supporting a major gas network provider through the migration and transformation of three core websites and two portal environments. Operating within a highly regulated, compliance-driven industry, the program demands disciplined leadership, tight governance, and a structured delivery approach to ensure every customer experience, workflow and integration meets strict safety, legal and operational standards.
Over an accelerated three-month timeline, I am leading a cross-functional team of approximately 20 specialists across product, marketing, design, development, business analysis, content, legal and cyber/IT. Together, we are modernising the organisation’s digital footprint, streamlining complex user journeys and aligning previously siloed platforms into a unified, secure and scalable ecosystem.
My role spans strategic alignment, delivery oversight and stakeholder management — ensuring clarity of direction, rapid decision-making and seamless orchestration across all streams. This project represents a critical step in enabling the organisation to better serve its customers, strengthen digital resilience and establish a future-ready foundation for ongoing transformation.
